  • How do you usually work with founders?

    My sweet spot is usually coming in as your first hire - spanning across sales, product, marketing & customer success. A true generalist who has the adaptability to pivot and be trusted to get the job done, whatever that may be. I’ve got repeat founders who call on me as they scale and need a safe pair of hands.

  • How do you usually work with GTM teams?

    This usually comes about when you have a specific gap or problem that needs both a thinker and a do-er to get the job done. I cover new product launches, maternity / paternity leave & hold interim leadership roles whilst you hire. Where I LOVE to be? Bridging the gap between sales, marketing & product to influence what is going to make the most impact.

  • Practically, how do you work with companies?

    I tend to work on a monthly retainer and charge based on company stage, scope & outcomes. I’m remote-first but can accommodate in-person if needed (based between Scotland & London). I’m a big believer of getting in a room with other human beings wherever possible.
