How do you usually work with founders?
My sweet spot is usually coming in as your first hire - spanning across sales, product, marketing & customer success. A true generalist who has the adaptability to pivot and be trusted to get the job done, whatever that may be. I’ve got repeat founders who call on me when they have a new gap to fill.

How do you usually work with GTM teams?
This usually comes about when you have a specific gap to fill that needs both a thinker and a do-er to get the job done. I can cover new product launches, steady the ship during maternity leave & hold interim leadership roles whilst you hire. Where I LOVE to be? Bridging the gap between sales, marketing & product to win new customers & keep them.

Practically, how do we work with you?
I usually work with companies 1-3 days a week over a set number of months and charge based on scope, outcomes & day rate. I’m remote-first but can accommodate in-person if needed. I’m a big believer of getting in a room with other human beings wherever possible.
